It was mid-December 2002 when I purchased my first Scooby. A MY98 PPP car with PIAA driving lamps and not a lot else. I bought it from Matthew Boyne but very nearly didn't bother even viewing the car.

I had seen it on Autotrader where it was advertised well out of my budget. However a friend showed me the same car advertised on ScoobyNet much cheaper and I paid Matthew a visit to view the car. With the help of Ken Ross and his vital second opinion 2 weeks later I was the owner of one 80,000 mile MY98 PPP Impreza Turbo!

As you can see in the pictures the Scottish winters are a little harsh but I managed to give it a good scrub just before New Years Eve.
